LifeTalk member and 50 others: Help with fees- I’m a relatively new business (2 years in). I do full fat planning and at the moment, I charge £2k for cashflow then 1.5% to implement (with a cap and collar). My issue is, I get a lot of people wanting to do cashflow, they love it, I then show them that their existing pension isn’t performing/not good match to ATR etc etc but they love the cashflow plan then walk away and I don’t get to actually do the regulated advice. Question… 

LifeTalk member and 50 others: We have a remote worker who is a new entrant into the profession (administrator / trainee paraplanner). We are really struggling to make it work. We've only met them once, briefly at a conference. All training has been carried out on teams but to be honest, we are too busy to be sat with them all day talking them through things. Communication is a massive problem, it's just so stilted through messages. Question… 

Oh wise ones - tell me how I can do this! I have 98 annual reviews to complete in 2026. My business is 2.5 years old and I've onboarded 84 client families during this time. In 2025 I added 40 new client families. I have one FT and 2 PT admin. I do all my own paraplanning currently.
