Despite this, they've gained some clients and positive reviews but are not meeting enough prospects to grow their client base significantly.
They're niching down to focus on business owners aged 30-50, building relationships with accountants for leads, and expanding their professional network. Consistent social media engagement is part of their strategy, though they anticipate it will take time to yield results. They're considering buying a client bank but are wary of high loan rates. Brad and 52 others: I have a prospective client who I have met with 3 times and have explained all about pensions, performance, fees, retirement options etc. the most recent time I saw them I gave them a suitability report which outlined my advice around consolidating their pensions and taking benefits… However, having thought about it they are now saying they don’t want to proceed because of the fees (even though I outlined them to them face to face and told them exactly what it would be).
